Comfortable large apartment steps from Mamsha Soul Beach Positive: Large rooms and washrooms, great location, easy to access parking Negative: In some minor aspects the apt. and furnishings are showing some signs wear and tear / aging. The unit is on the ground-floor level facing the Mamsha Grove construction area, though noise level did not particularly affect us (nor our children sleep) during our stay.

Positive: Very spacious and clean... close to Saadiyat walk and F&B ... the location is perfect! Very close to the attractions on Saadiyat Island, I came with the kids and it saved time and effort to enjoy our staycation in thr area. Negative: Nothing to not like about it!
